Our company (THRACIAN Cy Ltd.- to be called "Company" hereafter) designs, sells and conducts tours and travel programs in the countries or regions as outlined in the " Tours" section of this web site. We display some sample itineraries for your reference that we have done successfully in the past and may offer these programs in the future. Sample itineraries in the " Itineraries" section should be evaluated for reference purposes only that means we do not offer these tours constantly. Every visitor to this web site must carefully read the contents of the related web pages and must understand what they mean. Any subject in question should be asked to tour guide or director or one of THRACIAN employees whose contact information has been provided in this web site so that everything should be clear in the meaning. The company is responsible for the designing and conducting of the travel programs in safe and enjoyable manner. The company makes decisions about places to visit, hotels to stay at and restaurants to eat the meals at and the general layout of the tour. THRACIAN assigns the works that arise from the nature of business such as reservations with the hotels, restaurants, airline or transportation companies to a local travel agent ( to be referred to as "Agent" hereafter ) who must be a member of an authorized local professional association as established by the local laws and regulations of the country that the tour(s) go to. This is required by the laws and regulations of the most countries in the world. The local agent is responsible with making the necessary payments to local service or product providers such as hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, museums, entertainment clubs etc.. Therefore, the Company cannot be held responsible for any failure or fraudulence which the local Agent is responsible for. However, the Company makes every effort to ensure such things will never occur. In any instance of dissatisfaction that may arise for any reason, the Customers should direct their complaints toward the company that will discuss with the local Agent try to solve the problem. The company is not responsible for delays, accidents, loss, detention, expenses and other unforeseen and undesired things arising from labor strikes, government restrictions, force majeure, failure of airline and transportation companies, discontinuance or change in transit or hotel services and other causes that the Company has no direct control. The company reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to make reasonable changes in the itineraries, transportation vehicles, hotels and restaurants for the comfort and well-being of the passengers. However, the Company should replace the suggested services with that of equal quality and standards. Sightseeing and transfers by private motor coach, ferry and train transportation as indicated by the individual itineraries. Museum and parking fees (except camera fees) are always included as noted in each itinerary. Where available, first quality and centrally located hotels accommodation based on twin bedded, double occupancy with private bathroom and shower. Breakfast in most cases is included and continental style. Coffee and tea are included with the breakfast only. Other meals are as specified in the individual itineraries. Beverages of any kind ( mineral water, tea, coffee, beer, wine, liquor )are not included with lunch and dinner. However, we offer such beverages as complimentary. Baggage handling at airports and hotels is included in the tour. However, Baggage is at the owner's risk throughout the tour. Check with your insurance agent about baggage insurance. Services of THRACIAN tour leader and/or a local English speaking tour guide throughout the tour is included in the tour price. All tips to hotel and restaurant personnel, baggage porters are included in the tour. Transportation from home to North American gateway city and return, domestic and foreign airport departure taxes, passports, visas, inoculations, excess baggage charges, meals not specified as included, medical expenses, film or film processing, items of a personal nature; beverages including coffee, tea (coffee & tea included with breakfast only), wine and liquor; room service; tips for room service; health and accident insurance, baggage insurance; laundry; phone calls; forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, etc. Camera fees (where applicable) are included for one (1) still camera only... camera fees for additional equipment will be at your own expense. Please check your passport, it must be valid for the duration of your trip and for three months in most countries. See individual itineraries for visa and inoculation formalities. Or refer to our " Visa" page for general requirements. The Company requires at the date of reservation, a reasonable advance payment of $ 250.00 from each customer to secure your seat on the tour. Final payment must be wired to our account at least one month prior to departure time. Cancellation policy applies to all travelers. For cancellation at any time prior to the final payment due date indicated on each individual itinerary, the cancellation fee is $ 25. If you cancel once final payment has been made and one month prior to departure time, a minimum 10% of the land cost of the tour will be charged. If you cancel less than one month prior to departure, there will be no refunds. If you cancel for any reason while the tour is in progress, there will be no refund for that portion of the program that you do not complete. Any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the tour member. Cancellations will only be accepted in notifying us in due time, to our addresses as specified in this web site. The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary of any tour, as needed, if air schedule, surface transportation changes, hotels, craftsperson's schedule or other events beyond our control make alteration necessary. |
